Located in the heart of Kirkcudbright, a thriving tourist destination, renown for it's Artistic heritage, McClellan Castle and the infamous Wickerman Festival. Ideally located for those wanting to immerse themselves in local history, culture and artistic pursuits.

The family sized accommodation sleeps up to 7 adults, plus an additional pull-out daybed (suitable for children up to 12 years) and separate travel cot. The layout comprises on the ground floor:a large ground floor lounge (with LCD TV, DVD and stereo), a fully equipped kitchen/diner, a conservatory, a utility room with washing machine.  On the first floor: a family bathroom with large bath and shower over, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with bunk beds, a single bedroom, and an attic level master bedroom suite, with ensuite bathroom. Small but secluded south facing patio garden with BBQ.
